On February 8th, Wellington County OPP were conducting traffic enforcement on Speedvale Avenue East at Watson Road North in Guelph.
Officers spotted a silver SUV and while speaking with the driver, determined their driver’s license was suspended.
As a result of investigation, a 40 year old of Guelph has been charged with Operation While Prohibited, Driving While Under Suspension and Failure to have an Insurance Card.
Their vehicle was seized for 45 days with the accused having a future court date in Guelph.
