As Wellington North council looks into a new outdoor pool in Mount Forest, the number punch for costs is looking to be over $6 million.
A cost of $5.5 million for the pool has been in talks ever since council and staff sent out some concept designs for the public to consider.
Some councilors scratched their head at costs wondering how to fairly pay for the pool without being a burden giving to tax payers.
While no final decision has yet been made, township staff will continue their work and circle back with costing at a future meeting.
