The Wellington-Guelph Health and Housing Table has released their one year update towards their work for health and housing services to delivery in Wellington County and the City of Guelph.
The planning table helps bring partners in the health and housing sectors to tackle complex issues such as homelessness, precarious housing and gaps to basic needs and mental health services.
Luisa Artuso, Social Services Administrator for the County of Wellington says the table is bringing together providers to support shared accountability for the planning and delivery of integrated health and housing in Wellington-Guelph.
