The Wellington County OPP is investigating a fatal collision involving two vehicles on Wellington Road 32 south of Concession 4.
This afternoon at around 12:17 pm, police, Guelph Wellington Paramedics and Puslinch Fire were called to the scene of the collision on Wellington Road 32.
Initial reports indicated a white sedan northbound on Wellington Road 32 collided with a black SUV travelling southbound.
The driver of the SUV was transported to local hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the white sedan was declared deceased at the scene.
Their identity is being withheld pending next of kin notifications.
Wellington County OPP is working with the assistance of the West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team.
Wellington Road 32 will be closed from Wellington Road 34 to Concession 4 for the next several hours.
They advise to avoid the area and respect road closure signs.
