Wellington County has named 10 students who will receive scholarships and bursaries.
The county dishes out these awards based on academic achievement, community involvement or financial need with each student getting $1000 bursaries and scholarships to be used for post secondary expenses.
The recipients include;

- Molly Hannay – Township of Guelph/Eramosa
- Thomas Ripley – Township of Guelph/Eramosa
- Ashley Taylor – Township of Guelph/Eramosa
- Mark Knierim – Township of Guelph/Eramosa
- Asa Leistra- Township of Guelph/Eramosa
- Emily Hattle- Lefneskie – Township of Centre Wellington
- Hannah Boyce – Township of Centre Wellington
- Avaline Booth – Township of Centre Wellington
- Liam Van Huisseling – Township of Centre Wellington
