Wellington County Council announced at their meeting this morning the winner of the 2021 Luella Logan Award for Outstanding Service by a Woman in Politics.
Council named Past Puslinch Councillor Barbara Bulmer as the recipient of the award given to a retired female politician which comes with a $1500 donation to the charity of their choice.
Bulmer chose the Amy Turner Memorial Scholarship Fund at the Sunrise Therapeutic Riding Centre as the recipient for the donation.
