A history of Clifford will be shared as part of the Wellington County Historical Society and its Walking Tour of Clifford.
The crown land was sold in 1854 with a hotel and post office opening up in 1856.
The tour will share more about the early settlers of Clifford, where they lived and the progression made in the small village.
The tour is lead by Mark Mackenzie who will showcase around 15 stops in a 2 block radius of Main Street.
The walking tour is being held at 2pm on September 24th starting at the Rotary Club Park.
