Yesterday members of the Wellington County OPP responded to multiple reports of mischief to buildings and vehicles located in the area of Downtown Fergus.
Investigation revealed that sometime overnight between 6:30 pm and 7:30 am unknown suspect(s) spray painted yellow graffiti on several buildings and vehicles in the area of St. George Street West and St. Andrew Street in Fergus.
Amongst the buildings targeted by the vandals were a church and the Autism Behavioural Services building.
The latter had homophonic and derogatory slurs aimed at this with disabilities spray painted on it’s walls.
