United Way Perth-Huron has surpassed their campaign goal, reaching $2,292,557.
United Way held their spirit of community event at the Best Western Plus Arden Park Hotel where they made the announcement during the celebration.
Executive Director Ryan Erb says despite the economic challenges the community has faced, donours have stepped up to surpass their goal with another record breaking year.
Erb adds they are humbled by the generosity and caring of Perth-Huron and see a brighter future.
United Way announced their campaign goal in September, continuing to address unignorebale issues such as hurt, hunger and homelessness.
