The United Way Perth-Huron announced the recipients of it’s new Initiatives Grants today.
United Way Perth-Huron Director of Governance and Community Impact Megan Partridge says they are thrilled to be able to support these new approaches and innovations in community services in their community.
Recipients locally include Family Services Perth-Huron for their Building Resiliency with Developmental Services Clients, the Huron County Foodbank for their Hygiene Health 4 Seniors, Prevention and Early-Intervention Models to Serve Youth by Stratford/Perth Shelterlink and the Stratford Pride Community Centre.
In total a record amount of over $115,000 in funding was provided in the grants.
