The Upper Grand District School Board is delivering modules for grade 7 and 8 students to boost mental health literacy.
The Ministry of Education earlier this year introduced modules to support the existing mental health literacy expectations with the grade 7 and 8 Health and Physical Education curriculum.
This series will include three 40 minute modules per grade and will be delivered by UGDSB educators to support mental health literacy expectations as part of Strand D of the Health and Physical Education curriculum.
