Two youth are facing mischief charges after damaging a pavilion at a park in North Perth.
On April 18th at around 3:20pm, Perth County OPP investigated an act of mischief at the pavilion where it was determined two youths damaged it by pulling and kicking stones from the wall.
As a result of investigation both youth, aged 14 were charged with Mischief Under $5000.
One youth will have the chance to have their charge diverted if they successfully complete a Youth Criminal Justice Act program.
The second youth will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
