As the trade war continues between the United States and Canada, President Donald Trump says he is doubling the planned steel and aluminum tariffs.
Originally said to be 25 per cent, Trump is jumping the number to 50 per cent.
Trump says the increase of the tariffs will take place on Wednesday and is in response to the price increases the Ontario government placed on electricity sold to the US.
This announcement by the President saw another drop in the US Stock Market.
