Atwood’s Trinity Skinner has been honoured with a King Charles III Coronation Medal.
The presentation took place on Monday at the Perth-Wellington Constituency Office with Trinity’s family.
Some of Trinity’s accomplishments include starting Atwood Rocks, being an active member of the Atwood Witches Walk for over 10 years and being an active member and youth leader with 4-H.
MPP Matthew Rae says its her involvement with the local community which makes her deserving of the medal.
“I was very impressed to see her submission and all that she has done locally whether it was 4H, Atwood Lions and I know she has a very bright future ahead of her.” said Rae.
Skinner says she learned very early on from her parents that you get more when you give instead of when you take.
