Trespasser located with drugs in North Perth

Accused was found with meth, crack cocaine and clonazepam tablets

 

One person is facing a number of drug related charges after a person was located trespassing in North Perth.

On Sunday just after 7 pm the Perth County OPP received a report of a suspicious person located sleeping in a vehicle on private property on Perth Road 165, north of Gowanstown.

When police arrived on scene a short time later, the suspect was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, crack cocaine and clonazepam tablets.

The suspect had also removed the security camera from the exterior of the property.

As a result a 56 year old female of Kitchener has been charged with 3 counts of possession of a schedule 1 substance methamphetamine, cocaine and other and possession of property of property obtained by crime.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at a Stratford Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
