It’s National Forest Week and St Marys is celebrating the occasion.
Trees for Health Ontario, has partnered up with various health facilities, municipalities and conservation authorities to plant trees in honour of health workers across Ontario.
Among them will include a tree planting ceremony later this afternoon at 2pm taking place at the St Marys hospital on Queen Street West.
Andrew Williams, the Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance CEO will be among those in attendance.
