Transport Truck Charged for Failure to Stop at Stop Sign

Delivery truck found laying on its side with damage to front end of transport

Stratford police have charged a truck driver with failing to stop at a stop sign which resulted in a collision between a delivery truck and transport truck in the village of Harmony in Perth South.

Police Perth East firefighters and two local tow truck operators were all on the scene of the crash at around 9:30am Tuesday morning at Perth Road 112 and Perth Line 26.

The delivery truck was found laying on its side with the transport truck suffering damage to its front end.

The driver of the transport truck was taken to hospital with minor injuries and later charged by police for failing to stop at the a stop sign.
