Perth County OPP, North Perth Fire and Paramedics all responded to a collision scene on Main Street in Listowel just after 8am.
A transport truck had collided by Diana Sweets and Corley Sports.
Perth County OPP have closed off the road between Wallace Avenue and Livingston Avenue with no estimate on when the road will reopen but is expected be remain closed throughout the afternoon.
The transport driver was the only reported injury and has been taken to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
No cause of the collision has been determined yet. All businesses on the south side of Main Street remain closed during the investigation.
Diana Sweets says everyone is safe at the restaurant and will provide their updates to the business from their social media.
Those living in the apartments above the impacted businesses have been displaced.
