Perth County OPP, along with other First Responders, were called to the scene of a trailer collision with a building just after 6:30 am this morning.
The incident occurred at the corner of Main Street and Blair Street.
Hydro One was requested to the site and found no power was running to the building. North Perth Building Department also requested to attend the scene..
A primary search of the building found no occupants.
Main Street was barricaded from John Street to Arthur Street during the investigation.
