The Township of Mapleton has opened the application process for the next round of funding for their Community Improvement Plan. The plan’s purpose is to give an incentive to businesses to do improvements to their buildings. Aly Hill Economic Development Coordinator at the Township of Mapleton tells us more about the program.
“A lot of the ones are 50 percent of the cost up to a certain maximum. A lot of times it’s used for new signage, new updates to the buildings so it looks a bit better.”
