The Town of Minto has decided to reverse their decision on returning to in person council meetings for the time being.
The municipal office will remain closed as they opt to continue with virtual council meetings.
The decision was originally made on August 16th to have the office reopened on September 7th and to have in person council meetings open to the public on September 21st.
The decision comes as cases of COVID-19 within the area begin to rise again.
In a release, the Town of Minto says they remain committed to safeguarding the health, well being and safety of all employees.
