The Town of Erin says they are respecting the Tribunal process after confirming six developers have filed an appeal with the Ontario Land Tribunal regarding development charges related to water, public works and fire services.
The town says they look forward to resolving this matter and that they are committed to ensuring all infrastructure projects are carried out in the best financial interests of residents.
The Town adds they will work collaboratively with all stakeholders to support responsible growth in Erin and Hillsburgh.
