A Toronto man is facing child abduction and luring charges after a rearrested by OPP on Tuesday in Perth County and charged with breaching a release order according to court documents.
West Region OPP confirmed the release order at the start of November after the 36 year old was granted bail.
The Toronto man was given bail under the conditions they were to remain under house arrest at their parent’s home in Scarborough and to not leave the property unless accompanied by his parents.
The accused has been held in custody pending a new bail hearing on March 31st
