With today being International Firefighter Day, it is the day when those that due to such selfless work to keep us safe are recognized and appreciated.
The Perth East and West Perth Department took to Twitter today to say that their Member Firefighters are proud to serve and protect their community.
They also offered their thanks to the dedicated families of firefighters and the employers who allow their employees to give their time.
