Three people from Stratford are facing arson and drug charges after a two alarm fire in February caused by a butane explosion.
Emergency crew were called to a blaze at a semi-detached home on February 20th which took more than 20 firefighters to fight off the blaze.
Police investigation showed the fire was caused from butane being used to extract cannabis to create a concentrate commonly known as honey oil.
Three people who were inside the home at the time of the fire were arrested and charged with arson by negligence, disregard for human life and altering chemical properties of cannabis by use of a solvent. All will appear in court on March 22nd.
