It Takes a Village’s This is Home campaign has concluded for the year.
Andrea Charest recapped the day where she and many other individuals and groups banded together to stay outside the Listowel Legion parking lot for 24 hours raising funds and awareness for homeless and those in need.
Charest says they were hit with rain, 80km an hour winds but still got to hear from guests to share stories and listen.
With the campaign finished, over $10,000 was raised to support It Takes a Village and keep their doors open.
