A theft of telecommuncation wires has led to the arrest of a Mount Forest man.
On September 18th at around 7pm, Wellington County OPP received a report of the wires being cut from a local business on Egremont Street in Mount Forest.
The wires were said to have been positioned to be stolen later that night. OPP were able to locate the suspect who was arrested in the early morning hours on the 19th.
The 44 year old man has been charged with Theft Under $5000 who was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
