Stratford Police are investigating a theft from the Avondale Cemetery.
Between May 26th-28th police received several reports regarding the theft and damage to headstone plaques at the cemetery in the city.
The plaques were taken from various areas and are believed to be stolen or damaged after May 22nd.
Two of the stolen plaques are bronze in colour and 10×10 in size.
Another plaque is said to be black and cold and is circular in shape and another black and gold and square in shape.
Individuals who have headstones of loved ones at the cemetery are asked to check their headstone and area for any stolen items or damage.
