The North Perth-North Huron Family Health Team is turning to the public in picking a new name, as they are undergoing changes and branding.
Options have been considered and narrowed down using the survey open to the public.
A few of the names considered included Rural Wellness Family Health Team as well as Riverbends Family Health Team.
The survey closes on June 24th and the survey link on the North Perth Family Health Team’s social media pages.
