The Noa Challenge with United Way Perth-Huron

Youth can take part by helping out the community

Children and youth across Perth-Huron are invited to take the Noa Challenge. Noa celebrated her 5th birthday in a big way by choosing to give back to the community through United Way Perth-Huron. Noa spent her time by her stand selling popsicles in her front yard, raising $300 to United Way.

“We were so appreciative of Noa’s generosity in helping the UWPH campaign,” said Martin Ritsma. “Her incredible spirit is an example of why our local communities are so strong. As an organization, we thought this was incredible opportunity to challenge all youth — whether they’re working on their own, with siblings, friends or classmates — to help build a culture of caring, understanding and community and support UWPH.”

Youth can take part in the Noa Challenge in many ways, from shoveling snow to writing letters to seniors sitting in isolation.
