With renovations planned of Carriage Hall & the Hanover Raceway, tender bids are now being accepted.
Bids will be accepted until December 12th which can be delivered to Nelson Dawley Engineering in Hanover.
When submitting the tender, the following will be required:
– 10% Bid Bond or $100,000 certified cheque payable to Hanover Bentinck & Brant Agricultural Society.
– Agreement to bond 50% performance and 50% Labour & Material
– List of qualified subtrades and list of similar projects.
– Contractor’s estimated time to complete the project, with projected start date.
– Failure to provide any one of the above may result in the rejection of the tender
The renovation will be 16,000 square foot conference centre with new interior construction to be steel studding, structural steel, concrete foundations and more.
The lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
