A teenage driver from East Garafraxa was charged after they were observed at a high-rate of speed on Second Line within Nichol Township.
Wellington County OPP’s Traffic Unit was out doing traffic enforcement around 3pm on Friday when they observed the driver.
The driver was stopped and as a result a 19-year-old-driver faces speeding charges in a 50 km zone, as well as stunt driving charges.
Their vehicle is facing a 14-day impoundment as well a 30 day license suspension.
