Wellington County OPP have charged an 18 year old a series of offences after a traffic stop.
On February 10th at around 6:15pm, OPP was performing traffic enforcement when they got a complaint involving a suspicious vehicle.
Officers stopped the vehicle in question in Elora on Graham Street.
As a result an 18 year old of Alma was charged with Operating Unsafe Vehicle, Driving Without a Licence, Operating Without Insurance and Failure to Apply for Permit on Becoming Owner.
