Wellington County OPP have charged a 40 year old from Arthur after a stop in Fergus.
On November 14th just before 4pm, OPP was conducting traffic enforcement when they stopped a suspicious vehicle on St Patrick Street.
The 40 year old faces multiple charges including Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Driving With a Hand Held Device, Failure to Stop on Right or an Emergency Vehicle and Driving Under Suspension.
The accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
