The two suspects involved in the shooting death incident of OPP Constable Greg Pierzchala have been charged with first-degree murder.
The charges were announced at a court in Cayuga, Ontario this afternoon in which the 25-year-old male and 30-year-old female suspects appeared.
In addition to the murder charge the two have ordered by the court not to communicate with numerous people, including potential witnesses, each other and family of the victim.
Last night a procession was held while the body of the Constable was taken from West Haldimand Hospital to the Centre of Forensic Sciences in Toronto.
Participating in the show of respect was members of the OPP, Six Nations, and Toronto Police in addition to the Fire Department and Paramedics.
