Stunt Driver Caught going 115km in 60 School Zone in Donegal

Driver was caught driving 115 km/h in a 60 km School Zone. Driver charged with Racing a Motor Vehicle and Failing to Surrender their License.

Perth County OPP have charged a Kitchener driver after they were caught going more than 55km over the posted school zone limit in Donegal.

Last Wednesday, just after 3:30pm police stopped a vehicle on Perth Line 72, in the school zone in Donegal after it was found travelling 115 km in a 60 km limit zone.

A 26 year old male of Kitchener has been charged with racing a motor vehicle and driver failing to surrender their license.

A 30 day driving suspension was given as well as their vehicle impounded for 14 days.

The accused is scheduled to appear at a later date at a Stratford court to answer to the charges.
