A retired Stratford teacher has been found not guilty of a historical sexual assault.
This decision was made after a judge said she was left with reasonable doubt of the allegations brought forward. Justice Kathryn McKerlie brought her decision on the charges yesterday in a virtual Stratford courtroom. The trial had ended in mid-December.
Stratford police had charged the accused, a now 75 year old on July 19th 2019 in regards to complaint from 2002.
