Stratford & St Marys Response for Proof of Vaccine Mandate

Stratford police to take no tolerance for violence or threats, St Marys adds security to Rec Centre

A local look into the new vaccine certificate program shows Stratford Police and certain municipal buildings in St Marys are taking some precautions to ensure safety and understanding.

Stratford Police say they plan to continue the approach they’ve held throughout the pandemic of Engage, Educate and Enforce, adding any acts of violence, threats or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and be dealt with accordingly.

Security guards are now on site at the St Marys Recreation Centre following some people showing up to the rec centre shouting, banging on doors and throwing things in response to province wide mandate.
