A 54 year old from Stratford is facing several charges after an incident in the city.
Police were called to a disturbance at a business in the south end for the city just before 2am on Saturday.
Stratford Police arrived to find a victim with minor injuries who says he was confronted by the suspect and slashed with a knife and was threatened with death.
The suspect fled but was later found on Erie Street and arrested.
The 54 year old faces multiple charges including Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Assault with a Weapon and Uttering Threats.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in court on July 31st.
