On March 13th the provincial government waived the fee to renew license plate stickers but Stratford Police are still reminding residents, renewals are still required.
Furthermore during the pandemic an exemption was given for the renewal process however this exemption is no longer in place and drivers have been caught with expired permits on their vehicles.
Police are asking vehicle owners to renew their stickers for their vehicles to avoid receiving a ticket under the Highway Traffic Act.
