The Stratford Police Association and Stratford Police Services Board have completed contract negotiations.
Both parties reached a mutually beneficial agreement aimed to have a positive impact for members of the Stratford Police Association.
Key parts of the agreement include a four year contract with an annual wage increase at 2.5 per cent, improved benefits, improved post retirement benefits, an improvement in parental leave and the introduction of a part time policing program.
Stratford Police serve members within the city but also in St Marys and Perth South with around 90 staff members responding to 20,000 calls each year.
