Stratford Police looking for suspect in Items Stolen from Police Cruiser

 

The Stratford Police are looking for help in identifying an individual caught on camera taking items from a Stratford Police Cruiser on Saturday, April 24th shortly after 12:30am.

The cruiser was parked in the alley alongside Stratford Police Headquarters when the theft occurred. The suspect stole an officers’ duty bag, containing Stratford Police stationary, blank tickets and legal forms and some personal items.

Nothing of a sensitive nature was stolen, however; police are interested in these items being accounted for if located.

The suspect is described as a white male, slim to average build, with a dark goatee.

At the time of the theft he was wearing a black toque with bright red spikes, a plaid shirt, dark jacket and dark pants.
