On Sunday January 16th just before 11pm, Stratford Police were called to a residence in the City of Stratford over a neighbour dispute which had one neighbour pointing a firearm at the other.
Police attended and located the accused in his residence after speaking with the victim.
The accused was arrested and taken in where he was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Police were able to locate and seize a rife style pellet gun which was the weapon aimed at the victim.
As a result a 36 year old from Stratford has been charged with Pointing a Firearm, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose and Uttering Threats to Cause Death.
