Stratford-Perth Humane Society Takes Over Animal Control in Zorra

3 year contract began this month

 

The Stratford-Perth Humane Society has taken over for animal-control and bylaw services for Zorra Township.

The humane society was given a three year contract which began this month.

The contract has a yearly rate of $7000 which will have the humane society provide animal control for dogs, animal bylaw and pound services.

The Stratford-Perth shelter has two animal service officers who attend calls in Perth County who will now respond to calls in Zorra Township.
