City officials in Stratford say there will be a tweak to the landscape around Lower Queen’s Park in Stratford.
Officials say five dead or dying trees are planned to be taken out as they were affected with the emerald ash borer.
This last set of trees will be the last to be removed since the infestation from over 10 years ago.
Since 2011, over 3000 ash trees have been removed across Stratford.
Native trees will be planted in their place once they are removed.
