The Kinsmen Club of Stratford have made a $6000 donation to the Library Snack Stop program.
The program helps support students near to the Stratford Intermediate School which first launched in September 2023 and initially saw around 5-10 students at lunch and more after school which came to running $200-300 a month to keep shelves stocked.
Today at least 60 children visit per week now increasing to $600-800 a month.
The donation by the Kinsmen equals to $500 a month to the Library’s Nutrition Program.
