In an effort to assist local businesses during lockdown, Stratford council voted to allow free downtown parking Monday-Friday for two hours at a time.
Free four hour parking on Saturdays and all day parking on Sundays and holidays remain in effect. The new free parking rules in the downtown core will remain in effect until the end of the month.
The extra help is for those businesses offering curbside pickup and takeout.
