Stratford’s social services staff are starting the process to open up rental applications for the 27 apartment units available as part of an affordable housing project in the city.
The 2nd phase of the Britannia Street project is another step closer to being complete with the new one and two bedroom units with hopes to have a move in plan for June.
Certain requirements must be met for applicants, specifically income where one must not earn more than $47,568 in gross income for a one bedroom or $54,576 for a two bedroom.
On top of apartments, tenants will have access to storage, a lounge area and a community garden.
