The Town of St Marys says the splash pad at the Pyramid Recreation Centre is still open and safe to use but some features are out of order.
The town has brought in a consultant to assess the splash pad and make recommendations on whats needed to restore it and have it back to its original condition.
This will all be part of the towns 2025 budget discussion which will start in October.
The public will have the chance to provide their feedback on the budget during that time.
Any decision made around the splash pad will be shared with the public as its made available.
