St. Marys Fire Captain Dale Robinson Calls It A Career

Robinson began his career in St. Marys as a Firefighter back in 1990. He was promoted to Captain in 2012.

 

The St. Marys Fire Department announced that Captain Dale Robinson has retired after serving with the department for 32 years.

His retirement was effective Monday, January 3rd.

He began his career with the Department as a firefighter back in January of 1990. He was promoted to Fire Captain in June of 2012.

The Department said in the announcement that Robinson was a dedicated firefighter who could be counted on to respond to an incident day or night.

Fire Chief Richard Anderson says that during his time with the department he was integral in all of the operations from emergency response to training.

Town officials, the public and members of the St. Marys Fire Department plan to show their appreciation for all his years of contribution with an official ceremony which will be planned when Covid-19 protocols allow them to do so.
